feat: ensure .gitignore file in generated app (#50)

* feat: ensure .gitignore file in generated app

It is impossible to deploy `.gitignore` files via npm packages.
Instead, Cordova templates should include `gitignore` files that will be
renamed to `.gitignore` by `cordova-create@>=3`.
